I have had this product for one year and must now discard it and purchase another product because taking it to a repair would cost more than purchasing a new product. It is poorly constructed and neither the online help nor manual were of any use. This product doesn't even deserve a one star.

I bought one of these phones to use in Florida. I always have been happy with Panasonic products and this is no exception. This phone is very easy to program and use. Especially the memory function. I like it so well that I bought a second one to use in our home in Michigan.
